Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from Diana Shines (dianashines.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
All paintings are original acrylic artworks created by Diana Kostova. Each painting is unique; minor variations in colour may exist between the photograph and the physical artwork due to screen calibration differences. All paintings are protected with a final varnish coating.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in BGN (Bulgarian Lev) by default, with EUR and USD conversions based on current exchange rates. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping
We ship paintings carefully packaged within Bulgaria and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Diana Shines is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique, handmade nature of the artworks, we accept returns only if the painting arrives damaged. Please photograph any damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dlkostova@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Custom Orders
Custom commissions require a 50% deposit at the time of agreement. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Custom paintings are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork images and content on this website are the intellectual property of Diana Kostova. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any artwork or image without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
